What is the future-self render?
It's an aspirational, AI-generated visualization of a possible future physique based on the goals and behavior you track. It's meant to motivate — it is not a medical or clinical prediction, not a photograph, and not a guarantee of any actual result.
How does the free tier work?
Meal, weight, and metric tracking is always free. The free tier also includes one future-self render per month.
What does Pro include?
Pro is $9.99/month or $79/year and unlocks more future-self renders plus the Progress Timeline, so you can watch your visualization evolve as your tracking does. All your core tracking stays free either way.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. In the iOS app, your subscription is billed and managed by Apple — cancel anytime from Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On the web, manage or cancel from the billing section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Email us if you need a hand finding it.
How are my photos handled?
A baseline photo you choose is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate your render, and meal photos are used for food recognition. We do not sell your photos. See the Privacy Policy for full details, including on-device Precision Mode.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the Account screen in the app and use Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data — it is immediate and irreversible.
How do I turn on meal reminders and notifications?
Enable notifications for Future Self when prompted, or from your device Settings, then turn on meal reminders in the app's notification settings. If reminders don't arrive, confirm notifications are allowed for the app at the system level.
