Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Future Self (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of service
Future Self lets you log meals, weight, and body metrics, computes nutrition targets, and generates an AI visualization of a possible future physique based on your tracked behavior.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid “Pro” subscription. Subscriptions are recurring and auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. In the iOS app, billing is handled by Apple and your subscription is managed through your Apple Account (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions); on the web, billing is handled by our third-party payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices and plan details are shown at the point of purchase.
4. AI-generated content disclaimer
The future-self images and projections in the app are generated by AI. They are illustrative, motivational estimates — not photographs, not predictions, and not guarantees of any actual future result. Real outcomes depend on many factors outside the app's control. Do not rely on these images as a depiction of how you or anyone will actually look.
5. Not medical advice
Future Self does not provide medical, nutritional, fitness, or health advice, and is not a substitute for a doctor or other licensed professional. The app's targets, scores, and content are for general informational and motivational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition or an eating disorder.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time using the Delete Account control in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
